Cisticolas and allies- Passeriformes- Cisticolidae

The Cisticolidae are warblers found mainly in warmer southern regions of the Old World. They are small birds of drab brown or grey appearance found in open countries such as grassland or scrub. There are 16 species, which occur in India.
