I observed migratory raptors, ducks, and warblers in December 2020.

Four days to Christmas. This past week, Abu has seen frost almost every day. Night temperatures are chilly and the day by the afternoon is not so bad. As usual, I have fallen back on posts, anyway now that I have the freedom I'll be posting most days keep in touch and appreciate my collection of Mount Abu birds. I've bagged a lifer for this area, it's the COMMON HOUSE MARTIN. 

I've seen and taken pictures of various bird species like the Black Eagle, Common Buzzard, Long Legged Buzzard, Eurasian Sparrow-hawk, Eurasian Crag-Martin, Hume's Warbler, Greenish Warbler, and Taiga Flycatcher..

Common House Martin Delichon urbicum is a lifer for me. This is the first reported record of this species in this area. The small flock that are present here are probably Passage Migrants.
