Mount Abu Birds in November 2019.
The clouds seem to have fallen in love with this small hill station in Rajasthan, the temperature is also dropping steadily our day temperatures hover around 20 degrees and night temperatures can go as low as 10 degrees. Today the sun has not shown its face so far hopefully the cloud cover clears by this evening. The day before yesterday I was fortunate to snap the Black-headed Ibis - Threskiornis melanocephalus - in flight. they were very high and the light was subdued. They were probably flying over. Yesterday I was lucky to photograph 3 Eurasian Griffons "A lifer for me" as this is the first time in all my years of birding I was able to record this species here in Mount Abu. Appreciate my birds photographed these last 2 days.
