Photo Galleries Birds around the house 1 March to the 15 March 2014. mountabubirds.blogspot.com

One cannot ignore the call of the wild.

Oh, how I long to be deep inside the forest. My inner beast craves the untamed beauty of the wilderness, yearning to roam freely and find solace in nature's embrace. But for now, I must remind myself of a simple truth: “Be happy with the little mercies strewn your way.” It’s a Christian philosophy that resonates deeply in moments like these.

It’s a rare privilege to sit under the open sky and watch birds and bees. Even though I can’t go into the woods yet, these small, commonplace encounters bring me comfort. Each bird that flits into view feels like a gentle reminder of nature’s boundless beauty, even within the confines of our daily lives.

The forest will call me back soon, and I will return with unrestrained joy. Until then, let me share with you the winged wonders that have come my way. Here are some cherished photos of the birds that visit my humble abode—a testament to the untamed spirit that persists, even in the smallest corners of our world.
