Birds of Mount Abu [ October 2022 ] mountabubirds.blogspot.com

 October birding [2022]Mount Abu.

The Second week of October 2022.

I observed wild birds in the second week of October

In India, World Wildlife Day is from 2 to 8 October.

Since its inception, World Wildlife Day has become the world's most significant wildlife-related event. The theme for World Wildlife Day (WWD) this year is "Recovering key species for ecosystem restoration".

Review of migratory birds, the second week of October 2022.

Nights have become chilly as temperatures hover between 10 and 15 degrees. The days are charming; the skies are clear, and birding is a pleasure. In the second week, I observed migratory raptors and the occasional vulture. Some warblers and flycatchers, Greenish warblers, Hume’s warblers, and the Red-breasted flycatcher have also made their appearances. I’ve put together a selection for your viewing pleasure.
