Birding in the third week of September 2020. Abu Road and Ahmedabad.

The third week of September witnessed our winter visitors to name a few. The birds included Montagu's Harrier, Gray Wagtail, Clamorous Reed Warbler, Blyth's Reed Warbler, and the Long-tailed Shrike.

I left for Abu Road with Mohan to visit my brother-in-law and sis. I had missed their housewarming party. A visit was due, and I needed a break. I stayed a few days, and it thrilled me to be in their company. I did my spot of birding around their house: they live away from the city, along the periphery of Mount Abu. I'm posting snaps taken in this area, Cres(Crescentia) my niece was a tremendous help in spotting the umpteen birds in this remote area. View the photographs taken during this period.
