Birds of rural Abu Road.

In the second week of July 2021, I did about a week of birding on Abu Road. The few days I was there it was hot did some backyard birding morning and evening. Appreciate the selection I have put together of the birds photographed at Abu Road. continued from the previous post.

Birding around the Madhusudhan temple (24.499643, 72.713104) is Exceptional.

Birding 30 and 31 Jan2021.

On,31 Jan 21 did a spot of backyard birding there are quite a variety of birds in this area because of the proximity of the canal water flowing opposite the house also outside the boundary walls are agriculture fields. On 30 Jan 21. Visited a small grove opposite the Madhusudhan temple (24.499643, 72.713104) on the Revdar road. This grove houses a host of flycatchers, minivets, warblers, cuckoos, owls and parakeets and has a colony of flying foxes living on the tall trees.
