Mount Abu Birds in the third week of January 2021.
The third week of January has flown by it's been a real pleasant week for us Abuites as the days have been gloriously warm and the sun just right. Night temperatures have hovered between 2 and 10 degrees. I had done my daily stint of bird watching also made a trip or two to our local water bodies to cover our winter visitors. The Black Redstart, Bluethroat, Blue Rock-Thrush, Red-breasted Flycatcher, and the Black stork are some of our migrants I've clicked. I am yet to spot the pipits and Eurasian Kestrel. Looking forward to your comments and suggestions on how to make your viewing of our Abu birds a more pleasant experience. Happy viewing.
