Grey Junglefowl Gallus sonneratii   - Male and females

The Grey jungle fowl, the wild ancestor of our humble domestic chicken,
It's endemic to India, more-so to the hills of Mount Abu,
The handsome male, red wattled with a comb to match, his colourful body patterned plumage
With a brownish-yellow-black cape, set off with sickle-shaped tail feathers.
The female, on the other hand, is much duller, typical of most female birds.
