The weather in March this year was unprecedented. This has been the most unpredictable spring in years. Day temperatures were below average, and nighttime temperatures were between 5 and 10 degrees. The Eurasian Sparrowhawk, Steppe Eagle, Bonall's Eagle, and Indian Vulture are still here. There were a few ducks, sandpipers, and wagtails. in our favourite water, which we have nicknamed Duck Pond. Mount Abu birds in March 2023.

Birds of Mount Abu third week of March 2023.

This year the weather in the third week of March was delightful. The thunderstorms and cool weather we experienced here did not feel like our normal March. With summer, the temperature in Mount Abu becomes more pleasant, providing an ideal habitat for the birds to mate, nest, and rear their young. Observing the residential birds in their mating plumages is a wonderful time. Looking forward to your comments and suggestions on the birds of Mount Abu.
