Birds of Mount Abu (February 2022.) mountabubirds.blogspot.com.

Birding in Mount Abu Sanctuary last week, Feb 2022.

In March, most migrants leave, and a few passing migrants leave in May. I hope you enjoy the photos I took during this period. While birding in Abu in Rajasthan, we seek to keep our bird list up to date, so we can reflect the bird species that visit us in this incredible hill station. We have also observed the bird migrations that occur every year. It bothers us that quite a few checklists on the internet referring to Mount Abu are awash with erroneous and doubtful records. We hope that in the subsequent years, they will update the checklists referring to Mount Abu to rectify the errors and doubtful records, giving us an authentic picture of the Abu bird species.
