September has its spell in the Abode of the Gods. By mid-September, the monsoon season peters off. They covered the hillsides in various hues of green. Photographing birds in this lovely lap of nature is a boon. I’m no professional photographer. I’m sure you will take delight in watching my handiwork. Birds of Mount Abu August 2017.

The monsoon season is rather active in August in this small hill station in Rajasthan. Because of the cloudy and misty weather, birders do not find this month ideal for photographing. I’ve put together a small collection of birds taken in during this period. It’s a pretty miserable time for both the birds and birders. I assembled my collection in August 2017.
